Great Wine Pairing
Forget about old norms about Red wine for red meat and white wine for fish and poultry. There are many low acidity/tannin red wines will work wonderful with salmon.
- Pinot Noir is a red wine but it has relatively low tannin content
- Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio. works well due to its moderate to low acidity
- Rosé Wine
- Chardonnay. Just awesome 🙂
- Sauvignon Blanc
- Riesling.
